Areas of work

Public Sector and Human Services

From 2013 to 2018 Brad was Director of Accountability, Data and Research at the South Carolina Department of Social Services, where he led more than 70 staff in quality assurance, performance management, data and research, and contract monitoring. That work included program and performance reviews and federal and state reporting for child welfare (including the federal Child and Family Services Reviews), SNAP, TANF, adult protective services, and child care licensing.

The samples in this area show the kind of performance reporting and program review work that public agencies and human services programs produce, using fictional agencies and either sample data or cited public data.
