This audit runs seven checks against a full People export and activity history, then gives each finding a count, examples, a priority, and cleanup steps that use Planning Center's own tools, such as the duplicate detector, merging, bulk actions, and inactivating with a reason.
The Excel workbook has one sheet per finding with every flagged record, a status column with a dropdown, and a summary sheet whose counts and progress update with formulas as staff mark items done. No email addresses or phone numbers are included, only whether each is on file. The audit can be sold on its own or used as the first step before building reports.
