Open larger imageMost churches can count first-time guests, but few can say what happened to them a year later. This report groups guests by the year they first visited and counts how many reached each next step, using Planning Center People workflow cards, Check-Ins for the membership class, Groups memberships, and Services schedules. It also shows the furthest step each guest reached, so staff can see where most people stop.
The second half looks at the follow-up process itself: median days from first visit to the pastor's phone call by month, open workflow cards by step with past-due counts, and a campus comparison. The PDF version adds short written notes and options for staff to consider.
